Karakane Shugyodaishi statue (Kobo Daishi statue) and Sho-Kannon Bosatsu statue We have re-colored them and delivered them.
The statue of Shugyodaishi was in a severely faded state, but after removing the rust and polishing it, it was painted bronze using traditional techniques.
The statue of Saint Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva was also cleaned of dirt, etc., and the metal skin was prepared and recolored. The beautiful bronze-colored figure is now ready for display.
