Notice of shortened business hours

Thank you for your continued patronage of our company.

We would like to express our deepest sympathies to those who have been affected by COVID19, as well as their families and loved ones.
We would also like to express our deepest gratitude to the medical institutions, government agencies, and all others who are working tirelessly to prevent the spread of the virus.

Our company has been thoroughly implementing measures to prevent the spread of infection, including hygiene management, while considering how to continue our business operations.
However, in response to the state of emergency declared by the national and local governments in Tokyo and three neighbouring prefectures to prevent the spread of COVID19,we have decided to shorten our business hours (from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) from 18 January as a measure to ensure the safety of our customers and employees.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers and other related parties, and we appreciate your understanding.

<Shortened business hours>
From 18 January 2021, business hours will be from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

*Shortened business hours will return to normal once the state of emergency declared by the government and local authorities has been lifted and the situation has been assessed.

*For urgent requests outside of business hours, please contact the responsible staff member via mobile phone,or by fax (047-383-0202).However, please note that there may be delays or we may be unable to accommodate your request.
